Helps with sleep

I received this product on time and the bottle was in good condition. I took one tablet the first night, about 2 hours before bed and of course did not notice any change in my sleep pattern. But over the course of the last week and a half I have been sleeping very well! I take one an hour or two after lunch then about 1-2 hours before bedtime. I still wake up about 3am every morning but I seem to be able to go back to sleep and not spend the next 2 or 3 hours tossing and turning like I been doing for a very long time. I think we are all magnesium deficient to some degree so supplementation is important. I will continue to take this and will definitely purchase again. I have even turned my sister on to this as she has had trouble sleeping and she says this is helping her.

Anxiety vanished overnight

This thing cured my anxiety. I read somewhere about doctors recommending this supplement for anxiety and depression, and I decided to give it a try, not expecting much at all. I took a pill before bed and the next morning my brain felt... different. I could tell the anxiety trying to creep in but it was like I was physically unable to feel anxious.
